By using the K&W Mobile Tire Service website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

K & W Mobile Tire Service operates an SMS text-messaging program for customers and prospective customers. The following terms govern your participation in our SMS program and are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

1. Description of SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases

Our SMS program sends two categories of messages to customers who have opted in:

• Informational & transactional messages: appointment confirmations, arrival-window updates from your technician, quote responses and estimate follow-ups, service completion and invoicing notifications, and post-service review requests.
• Promotional messages: occasional service offers, seasonal tire-pressure check reminders, tire rotation reminders, and fleet-maintenance updates.

Message frequency: typically 1–4 messages per service interaction and no more than 6 messages per month for general business communication outside of an active service interaction.

2. Instructions to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel our SMS service at any time by replying “STOP”to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To re-enroll after opting out, reply START or contact us by phone or email.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may applydepending on your mobile carrier and plan. K&W does not charge you for the messages we send, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages based on your current plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your text messaging plan and any applicable rates.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Neither the carriers nor K&W Mobile Tire Service / A & D Enterprises Volusia Inc. are responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, undelivered, or that fail to arrive due to issues with your mobile carrier, device, or network. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice.

6. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our SMS program.By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are not 18 or older, do not provide your phone number or opt in to receive SMS messages from K&W.

7. Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and protection of your phone number, SMS opt-in record, and message content is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these SMS Terms. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent data are handled solely by our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) and SMS carrier (Twilio) to deliver messages you requested.

K&W Mobile Tire Service provides on-site mobile tire repair and replacement for commercial trucks, trailers, RVs, travel trailers, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles. Our service area covers counties across Central Florida.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Tire repair (patches, plugs)
• Tire replacement and installation
• Emergency roadside tire service
• Fleet tire maintenance
• Tire inspections and assessments

Quotes provided by K&W Mobile Tire Service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found upon inspection. We will always discuss any changes in pricing with you before proceeding with additional work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Tire manufacturer warranties apply to new tires we install. Our workmanship is guaranteed — if you experience any issues related to our installation or repair, contact us and we will make it right.

K&W Mobile Tire Service is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, damage caused by road hazards after service, or issues unrelated to the tire service performed.

You may cancel a service request at any time before our technician arrives at your location at no charge. If cancellation occurs after arrival, a trip charge may apply.
