K & W Mobile Tire Service (“K&W”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile tire service business operating in Volusia, Flagler, and Brevard Counties, Florida. K & W Mobile Tire Service is a registered DBA of A & D Enterprises Volusia Inc., a Florida corporation.

We collect the following information when you interact with us through our website, by phone, by text message, or during a service appointment:

• Mobile or home phone number

• Service address where you need the vehicle serviced
• Vehicle information (make, model, year, tire size) necessary to quote and perform service
• Service history and appointment records
• Payment information sufficient to process your transaction (processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically

• Standard website analytics (page views, device type, approximate geographic region) collected via our hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics tools we use
• Communication logs (date, time, and content of calls, texts, or emails you exchange with us)

Information you volunteer

• Photos or descriptions of your vehicle or tire damage, if you send them to help us prepare for a service call
• Feedback, reviews, or testimonials

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and perform mobile tire service at your location
• Send appointment reminders and arrival-time notifications
• Send service follow-ups, receipts, and invoices

When you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from us — either by checking an opt-in box on our website, by texting us first, or by giving explicit verbal or written consent during a service interaction — you consent to receive SMS text messages from K&W.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Arrival-window updates from the technician
• Quote responses and estimate follow-ups
• Service follow-ups and review requests
• Occasional service offers and seasonal reminders

Message frequency: Typically 1–4 messages per service interaction; fewer than 6 messages per month for general business communication. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you re-enroll.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only in these situations:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate our business — for example, our scheduling and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), our payment processor, and our SMS messaging carrier (Twilio, as facilitated through GoHighLevel). These providers are contractually restricted to using your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal requirements: When required by a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of K&W, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information would transfer as part of the business.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for our website, access controls on our CRM, and restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep customer and service records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, and meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations — typically seven years for financial records and as long as your account is active for contact records. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 9).

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Delete your information, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records
• Opt out of marketing communications (email unsubscribe link, reply STOP to texts)
• Withdraw consent to SMS messaging at any time
