Program Description

K & W Mobile Tire Service operates an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers about mobile tire services in Volusia, Flagler, and Brevard Counties, Florida. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

What You'll Receive

When you opt in, you may receive text messages including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders — confirming your scheduled service date, time, and location
  • Arrival-window updates — notifications from your technician as they travel to your location
  • Quote and estimate follow-ups — responses to service inquiries you initiated
  • Service completion and invoicing notifications — receipts, payment links, and service summaries
  • Review and feedback requests — a single request after a completed service
  • Occasional service reminders and offers — for example, tire rotation reminders, seasonal tire-pressure checks, or fleet-maintenance updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. You should expect:

  • 1–4 messages per service interaction (confirmation, reminder, arrival, follow-up)
  • Up to 6 messages per month for general business and promotional communication outside of an active service interaction

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may applydepending on your mobile carrier and plan. K&W does not charge for messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's text messaging rates.

How to Opt In

You may enroll in our SMS program by any of the following methods:

  • Checking the “I agree to receive text messages from K&W Mobile Tire Service” box on our website contact or booking form
  • Texting START, JOIN, or YES to (386) 566-7339
  • Giving verbal consent during a phone call or service interaction, after which we will send you a confirmation text and you must reply YES to complete enrollment
  • Providing written consent on a service agreement or intake form

Opting in to our SMS program is not a condition of purchasing any service.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop all further text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information on how we handle your data is available in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these SMS Terms.

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in record, and message content are handled by our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) and SMS carrier (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by text message to active enrollees and posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
