Skid Steer Tire Service
On-site skid steer tire service for Bobcat, CAT, Kubota, and other machines across Central Florida job sites.

Skid steers run over everything on a job site — rebar, broken concrete, roofing nails. Pneumatic tires on a skid steer are fine until you're at a demo site in Brevard County and you've got two flats before noon. Solid non-marking or foam-filled tires are the answer for rough terrain. We service both configurations. Most Bobcat S series and CAT 216/226 machines take 10x16.5 tires; larger units like the S770 run 12x16.5. We come to the job site, handle the swap with the right breakers and jacks for the wheel configuration, and your machine is back running before the crew breaks for lunch.

Calls We Get Every Week
Demo site in Brevard County
A demolition crew's Bobcat S590 gets two flat pneumatic 10x16.5 tires on a concrete demo site by mid-morning. We come out, assess the terrain, and recommend foam-fill over pneumatic replacements to avoid repeat flats.
Landscaping yard mud flat
A Kubota SSV75 skid steer picks up a tire injury on a soft-ground landscaping job in Lake County. We come to the site with the right breakers for the wheel configuration and get the machine back on solid ground.
Pre-project tire inspection
A general contractor wants his two CAT 226 skid steers checked before a 3-month Osceola County project starts. We inspect all four tires on each machine, find one with a slow leak, and handle it before day one.
Common Skid Steer Tires Questions
Should I switch from pneumatic to solid tires on my skid steer?
If you're on rough terrain, demo sites, or anywhere with sharp debris, solid or foam-filled tires are worth considering. You lose some ride quality but eliminate flats entirely. We can walk you through the tradeoff for your specific application.
What size tires do Bobcat and CAT skid steers use?
Most Bobcat S series and CAT 216/226 machines take 10x16.5 tires. Larger units like the Bobcat S770 or CAT 299 run 12x16.5. Always verify with the machine's placard or manual.
Can you service a skid steer on a job site with limited access?
Yes. We work on active construction sites regularly. Tell us the site address and access conditions when you call.
How long does a skid steer tire change take?
One tire typically takes 45–75 minutes on a skid steer depending on the configuration. A full set of four runs 2.5–4 hours.
Do you carry foam-fill materials for skid steer tires?
We offer foam-fill as an option for skid steers going back to rough terrain applications. It's done on-site and the tire needs to cure before the machine returns to heavy work — we'll tell you the timeframe.
