For most of Volusia and Flagler Counties, a call before noon typically results in same-day service. Further counties like Polk or southern Brevard may push to next morning depending on schedule. We'll tell you honestly when we can get there.
Do fleet clients get faster same-day priority?
Yes. Fleet clients and active roadside emergencies get first dispatch. If you're a fleet client and have a same-day need, that goes to the front of the line.
What vehicles qualify for same-day service?
Commercial trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, RVs, and fleet vehicles. Same-day priority applies to any commercial vehicle that's down and affecting your operation.
Is there an extra charge for same-day service?
No surcharge for same-day during normal business hours (Mon–Fri 8a–5p, Sat 8a–12p). After-hours same-day calls may carry an additional fee — we'll be upfront about that when you call.
What if I need service outside your 8-county area?
Our 8 counties cover most of Central Florida. For locations just outside the boundary, call us — depending on the job, we may be able to accommodate it. We'll give you a straight answer.
