Mobile Tire Balancing
On-site tire balancing for commercial trucks and fleet vehicles across Central Florida. We bring the wheel balancer to your location.

Vibration above 55 mph on a commercial truck is usually a balance issue — could be a new tire that's off, an old weight that fell, or a bent wheel. We bring the wheel balancer to your location: fleet yard, shop, or roadside. On semis and box trucks, balance problems show up as steering shimmy or seat vibration that gets worse with speed. Most balance calls take 30–45 minutes per axle position. Fleet managers who include balancing in a regular program catch issues early, before they turn into cupped tires or premature bearing wear.

Calls We Get Every Week
Steering shimmy on a semi above 55
A fleet driver reports steering vibration that starts at 55 mph on a Peterbilt 579. We meet him at a safe pull-off near Daytona, balance the steer axle tires, and the shimmy is gone before he reaches Jacksonville.
Box truck seat vibration complaint
A delivery box truck driver complains of seat vibration on the highway. We come to the fleet yard in Sanford, balance all four drive tires, and the problem resolves — no new tires needed.
Fleet preventive balancing program
A 12-truck delivery fleet in Orange County adds tire balancing to their quarterly maintenance visit. We come to the yard, balance every steer axle in one morning, and the fleet manager notices a significant drop in tire wear complaints that quarter.
Common Tire Balancing Questions
What causes commercial truck tires to go out of balance?
New tires often have slight manufacturing variation. Existing tires lose balance when wheel weights fall off, which happens on rough roads. A bent rim can also cause vibration that feels like a balance issue — we check for that too.
Can you balance tires on-site without removing the wheels?
For on-vehicle balancing with a road force balancer, yes. For off-vehicle spin balancing, we remove the wheel. Most commercial truck calls use off-vehicle balancing at the location.
How do I know if my truck has a balance issue vs. another vibration problem?
Balance vibration typically increases with speed and peaks at a specific speed range. If it's consistent regardless of speed or gets worse when braking, that points to other issues. We assess on-site and tell you what we're seeing.
How much does mobile tire balancing cost?
Balancing costs depend on the number of wheels and whether any weight is needed. Call us with the vehicle type and number of axle positions you want balanced and we'll give you a quote.
Do you include balancing with tire replacements?
When we install new tires, we balance them at installation. If you want previously installed tires re-balanced, that's a separate service call.
