Mobile Forklift Tire Repair
We come to your facility with the tools and tires to fix your forklift on-site. No transport, no half-day downtime, no shop scheduling.

Sending a forklift to a shop means arranging transport, losing the lift for half a day, and paying for the privilege. Mobile means we show up at your facility with the press, the tires, and the tools. Your forklift stays on your property. Pneumatic flats on outdoor forklifts are usually patchable if the puncture is clean — we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or needs replacement. For solid cushion tires that have worn flat or chunked, we bring the hydraulic press. Industrial facilities in the Orange County and Seminole County corridors are a regular run for us.

Calls We Get Every Week
Outdoor forklift pneumatic nail
A lumber yard's outdoor sit-down forklift picks up a nail in a 7.00-12 pneumatic tire. It's repairable — we come to the yard, plug-patch it on the rim, and the forklift is back to work in 45 minutes.
Cushion tire press at an industrial facility
A manufacturing plant in Seminole County has two forklifts with worn solid cushion tires. We bring the press to their facility, handle both lifts during the lunch break, and have them back on the floor for the afternoon shift.
Reach truck tire at a cold-storage facility
A reach truck at a refrigerated warehouse near Orlando has a flat tire and they can't bring it outside due to product integrity rules. We work inside the facility with the right equipment to handle the swap in the cold environment.
Common Mobile Forklift Repair Questions
When is a forklift tire repairable vs. needs replacement?
A pneumatic forklift tire with a clean puncture in the tread area can be patch-plug repaired. Sidewall damage, chunking, or a tire that's worn beyond safe tread depth needs replacement. We assess on-site and tell you which one applies.
How long does an on-site forklift tire repair take?
A pneumatic puncture repair runs 30–45 minutes. A full tire replacement takes 45–90 minutes. Solid cushion tire work with the press takes 2–3 hours per machine.
Do you service outdoor rough-terrain forklifts?
Yes. Outdoor pneumatic forklifts in lumber yards, nurseries, construction sites, and agricultural operations are all in our scope.
Can you service forklifts inside a cold storage facility?
We can work in temperature-controlled environments. Let us know the conditions when you call so we can prepare properly.
What counties do you cover for forklift service?
All 8 counties in our service area: Volusia, Flagler, Brevard, Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Lake, and Polk. Industrial corridors in Orange and Seminole County are our most frequent forklift calls.
