Flatbed Trailer Tire Replacement
On-site flatbed trailer tire replacement for construction haulers and freight carriers across Central Florida. Load-rated rubber matched to your rig.

Flatbed trailer tires carry real weight and they're exposed to everything — UV, road debris, heat radiating off asphalt. Load-range ratings matter here. A trailer hauling steel on a tri-axle needs G-rated rubber, not a cut-rate E-range tire that'll sidewall-fail under load. We stock the common sizes for gooseneck flatbeds and bumper-pull flatbeds — 235/85R16 and ST235/80R16 cover most of what we see on construction sites around Orange and Brevard County. If you've got an oversized-load permit run tomorrow, don't run it on tires that are 6 years old.

Calls We Get Every Week
Steel haul permit run tomorrow
You've got a tri-axle flatbed loaded with structural steel and an oversized permit for tomorrow. We come out today, check all six tires, and replace two that are 6 years old and load-range borderline.
Construction site blow near Cocoa
A flatbed carrying a skid steer blows a rear tire at a Brevard County construction entrance. We meet the driver on-site, handle the 235/85R16 replacement with the load still on deck, and get the delivery moving.
UV damage on a stored flatbed
A landscaping company's flatbed trailer has been sitting behind their shop since March. The tires look fine until we shine a light on the sidewalls — ozone cracking all the way around. All four get replaced.
Common Flatbed Trailer Tires Questions
What load range do flatbed trailer tires need?
It depends on your load. A lightly loaded single-axle bumper pull can run E-range tires. Heavy haul on a tandem or tri-axle flatbed needs G-range or better. We match the load rating to your actual setup, not just what fits the wheel.
Can you change tires on a loaded flatbed?
Often yes. With the right jacks and a stable surface, we can change tires with cargo on the trailer. We assess on-site and let you know if offloading is required for safety.
What sizes do you stock for flatbed trailers?
ST235/80R16 and 235/85R16 cover most bumper-pull and gooseneck flatbeds. We also carry 225/90R16. For less common sizes, we can typically source within 24 hours.
How does UV exposure affect flatbed trailer tires specifically?
Flatbed tires are fully exposed on all sides — no fenders, no protection. UV and ozone break down the sidewall rubber faster than any other trailer type. Tires over 4–5 years on a Florida flatbed should be inspected closely.
Do you come to construction sites and job site roads?
Yes. We service flatbed trailers at construction sites, including on unpaved access roads. We'll let you know if the terrain requires specific jack equipment when you describe the location.
