Box Truck Tire Repair

Box truck flat tire service across Central Florida. We meet your driver on-route or come to the yard — same day, no shop visit needed.

K&W Mobile Tire Service — Box Truck Repair

Delivery drivers don't have time for a shop visit mid-route. If your box truck picks up a nail on I-4 between Orlando and Lakeland, we meet the driver at the next safe pull-off or truck stop and handle it. We carry the common 19.5-inch commercial sizes for medium-duty box trucks. If the tire's repairable, we patch it right there. If it's done, we put on a fresh one and the driver is back on the road. For same-day yard calls — your whole fleet needs pre-week rubber — we do that too.

Real Situations

Calls We Get Every Week

Mid-route nail on I-4

Your FedEx Ground contractor picks up a roofing nail between Lakeland and Plant City. We meet him at the next truck stop, patch it in 25 minutes, and he's back delivering.

Amazon delivery truck flat

A box truck driver calls in a flat at a residential stop in Port Orange. We come to the address, put on a fresh 19.5-inch tire, and get him to the end of his route.

Pre-Monday fleet yard check

Your four box trucks need tires inspected before the week's runs. Sunday afternoon we come to the yard, check them all, and swap two that weren't going to make it.

Common Box Truck Repair Questions

What box truck tire sizes do you carry?

Most medium-duty box trucks run 19.5-inch commercial sizes. We stock the common widths and profiles in that range. If your truck runs a different size, let us know when you call and we'll confirm availability.

Can you meet my driver on the road instead of at the yard?

Yes. We meet drivers at their location — roadside, a truck stop, a delivery address, or wherever they're safely parked. No need to bring the truck in.

How do you handle a repairable vs. unrepairable tire?

We assess on-site. A clean nail in the center tread is typically a patch-plug repair. Sidewall damage, shoulder punctures, or cracked rubber means replacement. We'll show you what we found and give you the straightforward answer.

Do you work with delivery company fleets?

Yes. We work with delivery fleets of all sizes — from owner-operators running one or two box trucks to larger regional operations. Fleet clients get priority dispatch and can set up scheduled service.

Is same-day service available for box trucks?

For most of our service area, yes. Call before noon and we can usually reach you the same day. Emergency calls get priority regardless of time.
